About Us

The Flint Hills Jeep Club (formerly the Flatlanders Jeep Club) was founded in the early 90's by a group of 4x4 enthusiasts with similar interests. The club voted to change the club name in the summer of 2008, We are a family oriented club based around Manhattan, Kansas, and surrounding states.

We meet at noon, the 3rd Sunday of each month at Briggs Jeep in Manhattan. We have a club meeting followed by an afternoon of Jeepin' at the Tuttle Creek ORV Park. We also make trips to Kansas Rocks ORV Park, and encourage members to attend out-of-state events.

 

Member Jeeps range from stock to completely modified. We run trails from mild to wild and no one gets left behind.

Becoming a member is more than just wheeling. Your annual dues include full voting rights, membership in South West Four Wheel Drive Association, membership in United Four Wheel Drive Association, and a large windshield sticker for you to proudly display on your Jeep.

While we don't claim to be world famous, we have been featured in more than one magazine. Click here to see an article that appeared in 4x4 Power magazine in February 1998.
